Interpretation

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
- Company┬а(referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to IQRA INSTITUTE, Office no M-1, 1st Floor, 1051, Uttam Moti Building, (Near Ramesh Dyeing), Sadashiv Peth, Pune – 411030, Maharashtra.
- The course refers to the items offered for sale on the Service.
- Orders mean a request by You to purchase a Course from Us.
- Service┬аrefers to the Website.
- Website┬аrefers to IQRA IAS, accessible from┬аhttps://www.iqraias.com
- You mean the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Your Course Cancellation Rights
The registration fee for any course under any circumstances will not be refunded.
For refund of any fees paid other than registration, the amount needs to be raised within 10 days of the payment through formal email on refunds@iqraias.com
Fees paid for the short-term courses, where the fees have to be paid in one time itself will not be refunded.

IQRA IAS may deduct nominal charges as may apply, during the refund of the fees.
